I have been a Director at CPA from the very early days; I have been fortunate to visit all of the projects in Uganda, Malawi, Mozambique and Ethiopia. I never cease to be amazed at people’s resilience in the face of challenges or their ability to maintain a smile. Being able to be a small part of something that brings change to their circumstances by getting along side is a real privilege. Seeing them empowered with a voice that is heard, a joy.

I am happily married to Sue who has accompanied me on a number of trips over the years. We have two daughters, Kathryn, and Lauren and three grandchildren.

Good wine, good food, good company, outdoors, walking, mountains, and sea; I am in my happy place.
